Note: Where there are differences in rules for different divisions in this rulebook, any "Pro" or "Rec" division follows "B" division rules, and any "Rook" or "Rookie" division follows "C" division rules. 1.9 In the post-season, it doesn't matter on what down a team scores. But in the regular season: the team that scores on the earliest down wins, higher score wins if they score on same down, and field goals can only be attempted on 4th down. 3.3 Missed kicked XP’s and FG’s cannot be returned at Afrim’s outdoor fields 4.2.3 A man in motion must be 1-yard off the LOS or it is an illegal formation 4.8 Any snap that hits the ground is considered dead. 4.10 The offense must report a tackle eligible play to the official in the white hat. 6.2.5.c The on-side play is allowed with 2-minutes or less remaining in the game, by a team that is tied or losing. The play will be treated as a fourth down. 6.4.1 A Kicked XP and FG snap may not touch the ground (dead). 6.4.3 No fake placekicks or punts in any division. 9.5 One and only one rule challenge per half for each team. 9.6 One judgment challenge per team per game. The video must come from an official All-American Sports Recreation videographer. If one is not available, a team video person designated to the officials at the coin toss can be used. 9.6 The following judgments may be challenged: the spot of the ball, catch or no catch, sack or no sack and inbounds or out of bounds. |
