Dion Lewis, Alumnus
Of Youth Flag Football

Dion was a running back in the NFL from 2011 to 2020. He last played with the New York Giants. But he first played in the NFL Youth Flag Football League with All-American Sports Recreation, run by Frank Rogers.

Frank Rogers, from New Rochelle, NY, graduated from Siena College in 1994 and created All-American Sports Recreation in 1996. The Company continues to produce new sports for children and adults. In 2023, he and three partners created Kidz 1st, a non-profit serving our school districts with after-school programs in multiple sports. Kidz 1st created the first High School girl's flag football team at Troy High School and serves as the Head Coach and Section 2 Chairperson.

    There are divisions for serious competetors and for those who just want to have some fun. Either way, this is your chance to get involved in the action. There may even be a clip of you on the league's TV show.

    All-American Sports has led the way in the Capital District for NFL Youth Flag Football for over 20 years.

    In this game, there's a position for everyone. No matter who you are, flag is your chance to run, throw, jump, and fly. This is your chance to get involved in the action and join the flag football movement.

    All-American Sports Recreation has adult leagues for both men and co-ed play. For many years, the players have enjoyed:
